VK Housing was born from the attentive and passionate vision of Vitoria Krafft, whose experience in hospitality and tourism \u2014 especially through an international booking platform \u2014 revealed a clear gap in the support offered to owners of second homes. Naturally and wholeheartedly, VK Housing emerged: a soulful project, named after the initials of someone who lives it day in and day out. <\/p>\n

More than a property management company, we are a dedicated team that treats each home as if it were our own, and every guest as we ourselves would like to be received. With a small but agile structure, we work hand-in-hand not only with our core team \u2014 Gra\u00e7a, D. L\u00edgia, and Vitoria herself \u2014 but also with trusted technicians and local partners who actively contribute to everything we build. <\/p>\n

Our mission is simple: to free homeowners from the stress of daily property management, and to provide guests with serene, functional, and welcoming experiences.
